The King, the Cacti and the Camels

Two kings, both wandering the deserts of Earth along, suddenly come face to face with each other. Each king is completely mirrored by the other, with both having access to three camels and the tough natural walls of the dry cacti. Desperate for water, both will use their camel army to drink water first. However, it may be wiser to completely eliminate the other camel army so you will have an easier time passing through the desert. It is up to you if you will attempt to kill the opponent’s camels first, or achieve a passive route using your king into their side.
